  • CLEAR (Coordinated Legal Education And Referral) line– 1-888-201-1014 Washington’s centralized intake, advice, and referral line.  Hours Mon.-Fri.: 9:10 am – 12:25 pm

  • WSBA Moderate Means Program – Free referral panel designed to connect clients whose income is within 200–400% of the Federal Poverty Level to lawyers who offer legal assistance at a reduced fee.

  • Northwest Justice Project’s Youtube Channel – featuring educational videos on a variety of civil legal topics.

  • Courthouse Facilitators – Help people without attorneys in Superior Court family law cases.
